Skin concerns do not stay fixed on one thing. Some days pigmentation is what catches the eye, other days it is firmness. That is why repeating a single set treatment has its limits. This article introduces the three omakase programs at SKINIQUE Clinic, in which the laser combination is designed anew to match the condition of your skin on the day.

What the omakase programs are
Just as the name omakase (お任せ) suggests, these are one-to-one tailored programs in which the skin is assessed on the day of your visit and the most suitable laser combination is left to us. They come in three tiers, Triple, All-in-One and Signature, and the design is handled directly by the Chief Director, who has thirteen years of experience in skin treatments.

The aim of these programs is not the short-term resolution of surface symptoms. Several lasers of differing wavelengths are combined according to skin type and same-day condition to encourage remodelling of the dermis, working toward a healthier skin structure itself. When the dermis becomes firmer, interlinked concerns such as pigmentation, redness, pores, texture, tone and firmness tend to shift together, so a broader range of change can be expected than with treating a single symptom.
| Program | Lasers used | Main focus |
|---|---|---|
| Triple Omakase | 3 types | Pigmentation + renewal |
| All-in-One Omakase | 4 types | Pigmentation + renewal + firmness |
| Signature Omakase | 4 or more types | Pigmentation + renewal + firmness + lifting |
Triple Omakase: pigmentation and renewal

Three are selected from five options: pico toning, PicoSure Pro, Laser Genesis (Pento), Sciton BBL and Virtue RF. Which three are used is not decided in advance but determined on the day, based on the state of pigmentation and the overall condition of the skin.
All-in-One Omakase: adding firmness

Focus toning, the Er:YAG (erbium) laser and Potenza (non-invasive tip) join the pool here, so four are combined from seven options. The structure targets firmness alongside pigmentation and renewal, and again the combination changes according to the assessment on the day of your visit.
Signature Omakase: a full design that includes lifting

BBL Forever Young, Fortra Quattro, V-RO 2 Advance, InMode and Core Lifting are added as candidates, bringing in most of the clinic's devices to combine four or more lasers. Covering everything from pigmentation to lifting, it is also the longest program in treatment time.
Care after the lasers

| Program | Post-laser care | Additional items |
|---|---|---|
| Triple Omakase | Tailored ampoule + sonophoresis/LDM + LED renewal | - |
| All-in-One Omakase | Tailored ampoule + sonophoresis/LDM + LED renewal | - |
| Signature Omakase | Tailored ampoule + sonophoresis/LDM + LED renewal | Premium peel + premium antioxidant infusion |
In all three programs, every session is followed by a tailored ampoule, sonophoresis/LDM and LED renewal care to support recovery. Signature Omakase adds a premium peel (Black Peel, LaLa Peel or Multox Peel) and a premium antioxidant infusion (such as the Cinderella injection or a glutathione IV), carried out in a dedicated VIP room.

In the end, what matters is the design
The laser devices a dermatology clinic owns do not differ greatly from one clinic to the next. What makes the difference is the judgement of where to use them, at what intensity, and in what order. Adjusting the combination according to your inherent skin type plus your condition on the day and even the season is what the omakase programs are fundamentally about, and responses to treatment and the pace of change vary between individuals.
Wrapping Up
The omakase programs range from the pigmentation- and renewal-focused Triple to the Signature that also includes lifting, and they are tailored treatments in which the laser combination changes with each assessment.
