Ordinary filler injects hyaluronic gel for instant volume. Juvelook Volume places fine PDLLA particles that help your own collagen build up over time, so the skin fills in with its own firmness.
Nodules mostly occur when the powder is injected without dissolving evenly. To prevent this we go through a thorough, careful hydration step that dissolves the particles gently at the right ratio and over enough time.
Injecting a lot of product can simply make the face look puffy. Based on a solid understanding of facial anatomy, we place only what is needed in the right layer, guided by an eye for the beauty that suits each patient.
Your own collagen needs time, so volume builds gradually from week 3 to 4. The collagen formed becomes part of your skin and usually holds naturally for about a year.
One session already improves texture and gives a subtle fullness, but to build a stable collagen framework we usually recommend three sessions at roughly one-month intervals.
We use a blunt-tip cannula that reduces tissue trauma and bleeding, so bruising and swelling tend to be mild. A local anaesthetic is also mixed into the fully hydrated product, which eases discomfort during the procedure.
