Injecting without regard to face shape and bone contour is exactly what looks awkward. We design one-to-one with an eye for proportion, keeping your own atmosphere and dimension, so the result reads as refined volume rather than obvious work.

Domestic filler (Neuramis) offers good value and is easy to start with. Imported fillers are known for long-proven stability worldwide, strong shape retention and a natural fit without a foreign-body feel. We recommend honestly, based on the area treated and what you need.

Ordinary filler builds volume with a hyaluronic acid water gel. Atelo-fill is made of collagen, very close to human tissue: it improves volume immediately and also prompts the skin to regenerate its own collagen, for a more natural, firmer result.

Under the eyes and the neck are thin and move constantly, so filler can clump or show through with a bluish cast — these areas need real precision. Our team uses a soft, low-viscosity filler (Belotero and similar) and spreads it thinly to smooth the hollow.

Because the cannula is blunt and flexible, there is little sense of piercing tissue and pain drops considerably. We apply sufficient local anaesthesia beforehand, and the filler itself contains an anaesthetic, so most people feel only a dull pressure.
